Position: Service Desk Analyst

To provide an effective and professional IT support service to Design Prodigy staff and clients in accordance with the needs of the business. To this end, ensure that all software and hardware issues are resolved within pre-determined timescales.

- Quick responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone/email.
- Research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate action.
- Ensure all tasks are responded to within the agreed SLAs.
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource if cannot be resolved first line.
- Follow standard help desk procedures and administer help desk software.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
- Provide guidance, training and mentoring to other team members as required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the business and departments that are supported.
